In Memory of Our Founding Broker
Charri Ann Edens created NU2U Realty LLC in 2015. After spending over 10 years in the industry in other brokerages, she opened NU2U Realty LLC bringing a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the community she happily served for over 20 years.
Charri passed away in early 2025, leaving a hole in the heart of the brokerage that will never be filled. She lead with an immense amount of grace, compassion and true love for her community, and she taught those left behind to do the same. She is sorely missed, but will never be forgotten. We are committed to serving the community in the same way that Charri taught us to, and are honored to do so.
Kendra Rosinski
Kendra began her journey into the real estate world in early 2020 working in a title office as a title agent. It didn't take long for her to realize that she wanted to be more hands on, and she joined the brokerage with her salesperson license in November 2020. In October, 2023 she completed her brokers license and became an associate broker. In early 2025, she assumed the position as designated broker.
